– Wooden construction. – Through base for the storage of plates and cutlery. – Brushed stainless steel pots, roof with removable retainers (condiments or 190 mm plates), « tempered » glass breath guard on each side and LED type lighting. – 2 stainless steel service shelves, one on each side (foldable shelves, easy passage in all standard doors 0.8 m). – Built-in compressor unit, climate class 4 (30°C & 55% RH) – Evaporator with « coil » immersed under the stainless steel tank. – Ecological refrigerant R134A (CFC-free) – Insulation made of expanded polyurethane, CFC-free – Drain for condensate drainage. – Electronic (digital) controller. – 4 swivel castors, 2 of which have brakes.
