Locking of the panel by built-in « eccentric-gear » hooks.
Floor in stainless steel. « anti-slip ».
Angles and corners of the floor, ceiling and floors, all at 135° ‘ »sanitized ».
Very robust door, reversible, useful space 920xh1860, lock secured by magnetic seal « by pressure » (easy replacement w/o tools), hinges with a 100° return, lock with automatic callback, lock with keys, interior handle with safety device.
Door equipped (serial) of a peripheral heating cable (with plug).
Vacuum valve for T° – 15° – 25°C (serial).
Exterior plinth « peripheral » in stainless steel.
