Brushed stainless steel vaults, roof with removable retainers (condiments or 190mm plates), tempered glass breath guard on each side and LED lighting.
4 stainless steel serving shelves, two on each side (fold-down shelves for easy access through all standard 0,8 m doors).
Heated by 2 armoured heating elements in the stainless steel tank.
CFC-free expanded polyurethane insulation.
Drain system for water in tank.
Electronic thermostat.
4 swivel castors, 2 with brakes.
