Description

Capacity 20 GN 2/1 levels (or 40x GN 1/1).

Construction from austenitic stainless steel (food-grade).
Walls and door made of injected double walls (high density CFC-free polyurethane).
Door opening at 120°, with vertical latch and key lock, with a seal gasket in door frame, easily replaceable without tools.
Hinges with 100° stop, self-closing mechanism to prevent heat loss.
Can be used with GN 2/1 or GN 1/1, spaced 60mm apart.
Resistance and forced-air heating, even temperature thanks to an internal fan.
Fitted with 4 Ø 160mm stainless steel castors, 2 of which have brakes, swivelling and soundproofed.
Peripheral bumper, very resistant and non-marking.
Very strong side handles, easy handling.
Humidifier device, water tank with overflow protection.
Integrated control panel, digital display.
Electronic regulation from 30 to 90°C.
