Cooking chamber: fully welded, rounded corners and edges. Sealing gasket fixed on the front of the cooking chamber. Stamped bottom collects condensation towards the drain. Plate carrier structure easily removable. Heat diffusers easily removable. Large adjustable Oura, side lighting.
Double glazed door, internal glass on hinges, ergonomic and heat-resistant handle, automatic closure, removable sealing gasket.
Integrated condensate collection tray, directly connected to the drain. Microswitch for fan shutdown when opening.
Humidifier: automatic humidification.
Electric heating: stainless steel sheathed resistors placed behind the fan deflectors.
Control panel: frontal accessibility, ease and speed for after-sales service, water resistance « IPX4 ». Composed of a selector for the degree of humidification, thermostat from 30 to 300°C, timer from 1 to 120 minutes.
