Made of 18/10 AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « top » thickness 15/10 mm, adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm), waterproof « IPX4 ».
AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, steel bottom, removable plate structure, double-walled deep-drawn door with thermal insulation (40 mm), counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Cast iron plates, with a stainless steel sealing edge. Heating power regulation by 7-position switch with indicator light.
Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven. ON/OFF switch, temperature regulation from 140°C to 300°C, by thermostat, with 1 grid.
