Description

Tank dimensions 320x370x160 mm.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
AISI 316 stainless steel tank, 15/10th thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, with overflow for starch. The ball valve is located on the front of the unit. The inside of the tank has a double perforated bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel to protect the heating elements from any contact with the baskets.
Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel resistors placed inside the tank, with temperature regulation by means of a switch with 4 heating positions.
The appliance is built in compliance with all the current standards (CE).
