Cooking top, watertight « IPX4 ».
Cast iron plates of high thickness (h.40 mm) « flush », with safety device in case of overheating.
Regulation by 7-position switch (each heater), with indicator lamp, front access for easy maintenance.
Stainless steel oven, rounded corners, enamelled steel bottom (removable internal structure), with heat insulation, double-walled door (deep-drawn inside), with heat insulation, side guides on 3 levels, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Oven heating, by stainless steel resistances, placed on the vault and under the floor.
Independent top and bottom regulation (grill function), T° 100°C to 290°C by thermostat, equipped with safety thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
