Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, rounded inner corners, with cold zone, drain tap (ball valve) located in the cabinet. Stainless steel lid. Oil drip tray in lower cabinet.
Programmable digital control panel. Cooking time and temperature display. Melting cycle function for slow pre-heating of animal or vegetable fats.
Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel heating elements immersed in the tank. Hinged heaters for easy tank cleaning, regulation from 100°C to 180°C, safety thermostat as standard, easy front access for maintenance.
