Mounted on fully stainless steel adjustable legs of 150 mm (CE – UL / NSF), this fryer is equipped with a power switch, a high-flow drain, and a perfectly insulated tank with an integrated ‘min-max’ oil level indicator.
Two stainless steel brackets support the heating element and thermostat bulbs.
Safety thermostat with reset function in the cabinet.
Supplied with 2 sets of 50 filters.
Output of 35 kg of fries per hour.
Appliance built in compliance with all current (CE) standards.
