Non-stick cast iron cooking grid (Food safety certificate according to European regulation CE no. 1935/2004).
Gas heating by burners in AISI 304 stainless steel with easily accessible stabilized flame.
Regulation through a gas valve.
Removable deflectors and radiants in AISI 441 stainless steel for easy maintenance.
Extractable and removable grease drawer(s), in AISI 304 stainless steel, positioned on the front over the entire depth of the appliance (one per burner).
