2 independent modules
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « Top » (20/10 mm), large adjustable stainless steel feet (front and side panels in stainless steel: On request), waterproof « IPX5 ».
Removable stainless steel peripheral edge.
Removable cast iron cooking grid, 2 sides, one for meat, the other for fish, vegetables…
Lower stainless steel water tank (double function): 1st collect the juices from the cooking process, 2nd release steam.
Gas heating by AISI 304 stainless steel burners with stabilized flame (3 ramps per 1/2 module) protected by a stainless steel « cap ». Regulation by gas valve.
