Description

4 burners (2x 3,6 kW and 2x 5 kW).
Electric convection oven GN 1/1 (3,96 kW), dimensions 530x340xh325 mm.

Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door are thermally insulated. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Treated cast iron burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Liquid collection tray in enamelled steel, regulated by a gas valve. Top grates in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 340×570 mm.
Electric convection oven (GN 1/1), in stainless steel, heated by 3 circular stainless steel heating elements. ON/OFF switch, oven temperature regulated from 100°C to 300°C by thermostat, standard included 1 grid.
The device is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
