Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded inner corners for easy, hygienic maintenance. Fitted with a cold zone, the tank drain faucet (with balls) is located on the front of the appliance. A chrome-plated steel wire grid is fitted inside the tank to trap impurities, guaranteeing the quality and longer life of cooking oils. Stainless steel lid.
Gas-fired heating using heat exchangers immersed in the tank, fed by horizontal flame burners. Temperature control from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve.
The appliance is built in compliance with all the current standards (CE).
