Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance.
Gas-fired, with stabilised flame stainless steel burners. The burner flame is regulated by a (thermostatic, chrome version) gas valve.
The device is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
