Description

Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 395×520 mm, 20,5 dm2
Version with « 50 µm » hard chromium plate (certified food-grade in compliance with European regulation CE n.1935/2004).

 

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Highly heat-conductive cast-iron hob, with a welded rim to ensure a perfect seal. A drip tray is located on the front of the appliance.
Gas-fired, with stabilised flame stainless steel burners. The burner flame is regulated by a gas valve.
The device is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
