Description

2 burners, (1x 3,6 kW and 1x 5 kW).
Cooking hob, dimensions 650×540 mm, (8,2 kW).
Gas oven (5 kW), dimensions 530x540x250 mm.
Neutral cabinet GN 1/1, dimensions 340x540xh390 mm.

Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door are thermally insulated. Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Treated cast iron burners, brass crown (very high efficiency). Liquid collection tray in enamelled steel, regulated by a gas valve. Top grates in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 340×570 mm.
Mild steel fireback with high thermal conductivity and removable central ring. Gas heating via a cast iron burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber. Regulated by a gas valve.
Gas heating by means of stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Oven temperature regulated from 120°C to 320°C by thermostatic gas valve, standard included 1 grid.
The device is built in compliance with all current CE regulations.
