Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Cast iron hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined forwards and equipped with a welded stainless steel anti-splash edge on 3 sides (3 mm), perfectly sealed. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burner flame regulation, by a gas valve, ignition by pilot flame and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device.
