Description

Hot plate, dimensions 670×585 mm (10kW).

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm), IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron fireback (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the center of the combustion chamber. Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool. Regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric and safety by thermocouple, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
