Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Deep-drawn top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity fully welded to the top, inclined at the front.
Anti-splash rim on 3 sides (see A7/PS12-N or A9/PS11-N). Front collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquids.
Gas heating with stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burners flame regulation by a thermostatic gas valve T° 300°C, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, piezo-electric ignition, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
