Description

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable jacks.
Top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
Deep-drawn tank in stainless steel AISI 304, with all corners and internal angles rounded for an easy and hygienic maintenance, perforated bottom for food dripping.
Heating element placed on top with an integrated ceramic resistance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel armoured resistances, placed under the bottom of the tank. Temperature regulation from 30°C to 90°C, by thermostat, front accessibility allowing an easy maintenance.
