Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « top » (20/10 mm) with waterproof liquid collection basin, adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm), waterproof « IPX5 ».
AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, cast iron hearth, removable structure, insulated double-walled door, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Very high efficiency brass burners and crowns, « Flower Flame » technology, gas valve regulation. Enamelled cast iron grids (450×350 mm).
Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven. ON/OFF switch, regulation from 110°C to 285°C, with 1 grid.
