Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « Top » (20/10th) with waterproof liquid collection basin, adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200mm), waterproof « IPX5 ».
AISI 430 stainless steel oven, rounded corners, cast iron floor, removable structure, double-walled door, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Cast iron plate (30 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a central burner. Insulated combustion chamber. Regulation by gas valve.
Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, regulation from 120°C to 280°C, with 1 rack.
