Description

Tank: 630x690xh160 mm, trays GN 150mm (NB: GN trays not included).
Open cabinet (GN 2/1) (760x740xh360 mm).

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Watertight top (20/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Continuously welded AISI 304 stainless steel ‘deep-drawn’ tank, with all internal corners and angles rounded for easy, hygienic maintenance. A ball valve for draining the tank and a solenoid valve for filling it are located on the front of the appliance. A waste water drain is to be provided.
Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel heaters, located below the bottom of the tank, on the outside. Regulated from 30°C to 90°C, with front access for easy maintenance.
