Tank diameter 400mm, depth 420mm.
Drain tap 6/4″.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel (tank bottom 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, fitted with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve, rounded inner corners for easy, hygienic maintenance. Water tap for filling the tank, with the control positioned on the front panel.
Deep-drawn lid with torsion spring hinges for gradual opening and closing, and ergonomic stainless steel side handle.
Indirect heating, double-jacketed tank, water filling via a tap on the front of the appliance, with a second tap acting as an overflow to check that filling is complete, indicator light and drain tap. Double jacket pressure controlled to 0.5 bar by pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve located above the top.
Electric heating by immersion heaters in the double jacket, regulated by a 4-position switch, easy access from the front for maintenance.
