Tank dimensions 710x480xh150 mm., surface 34 dm2.
Manual tilt by hand wheel.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Hinged upper lid of the tank with « torsion spring » in stainless steel, allowing a gradual closing and opening, equipped with ergonomic front handle made in stainless steel.
Tilting bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel thickness (13 mm) with high thermal conductivity, rounded inner corners for easy and hygienic maintenance. A water tap for filling is fixed on the upper top, with the control positioned on the front.
Electric heating, by means of stainless steel armoured heating elements positioned under the bowl (uniform cooking over the entire surface of the bowl). Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, front access for easy maintenance.
