Version with hard chrome plate « 50 µm ».
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable levellers.
Cast iron cooking hob with high thermal conductivity, equipped with a welded peripheral rim guaranteeing a perfect seal. A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed underneath the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 120°C to 320°C, by thermostat.
The appliance is built in compliance with all current EC regulations.
