Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « Top » (20/10th), levelling cylinders, waterproof « IPX5 ».
Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing. Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
Electric heating by stainless steel resistors, placed under the plate.
