Tank in AISI 316 « COMPOUND » stainless steel (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), with high thermal conductivity.
Plug and extension for discharge, supplied as standard.
Electric heating: stainless steel armoured resistors, positioned under the tank, regulation from 120 to 300°C.
Safety device in case of overheating.
