Realization in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable jacks.
Pressed top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined at the front and equipped with a welded anti-splash edge on 3 sides (3 mm) in stainless steel, perfectly sealed. A drawer for the recovery of the cooking juice is located on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating by stainless steel resistances, placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from °50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
