2 independent cooking zones.
Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable feet.
Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, waterproof « IPX5 ».
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast-iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity completely welded to the top, inclined at the front.
Anti-splash edge on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
Front collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquid.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
