Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron cooking hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined at the front and equipped with a welded stainless steel anti-splash edge on 3 sides (3 mm), perfectly sealed. A cooking juice collection drawer is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, front access for easy maintenance.
