Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable jacks.
Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast iron hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined forwards and equipped with a welded stainless steel anti-splash rim on 3 sides (3 mm), perfect sealing. A cooking juice collection drawer is positioned on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
