Description

Useful dimensions of the cooking surface 330×540 mm, 17.85 dm2.

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable jacks.
Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cast-iron cooking plate (15mm) with high thermal conductivity completely welded to the top, inclined at the front.
Anti-splash edge on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
Frontal collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquid. 
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself. Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
