Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, with cold zone. Lid in stainless steel.
Tank drain tap (ball) and the oil decanting tray placed on the front panel of the appliance.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel armoured heating elements immersed in the bowl. Pivoting of the heating element block for easy cleaning of the tank (except E7/F2V…), temperature regulation from 100° to 190°C by thermostat, safety thermostat as standard, front access for easy maintenance.
