Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with rounded inner corners for easy, hygienic maintenance. Fitted with a cold zone, the tank drain faucet (with balls) is located on the front of the appliance. A chrome-plated steel wire grid is fitted inside the tank to trap impurities, guaranteeing the quality and longer life of cooking oils. Stainless steel lid.
Electric heating via shielded (protected) stainless steel heating elements immersed in the tank. Resistor unit tilts back (easy cleaning), thermostatically controlled from 100°C to 180°C.
The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE standards.
