Description

2″ drain valve.

Constructed in stainless steel AISI 304, « top » pressed (20/10 mm), adjustable stainless steel feet (150-200 mm), water tightness « IPX5 ».
« Pressed » tank made of stainless steel AISI 316 (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), equipped with a removable strainer. Water tap for filling the tank.
« Pressed » lid made of stainless steel AISI 316 with double walls « reinforced edges », hinges with « torsion spring » allowing gradual closing and opening.
Indirect heating, double-walled tank, water filling through a tap, a second one serving as an overflow to check the completion of filling. Control of the double-walled pressure by a valve at 0.5 bar, with a pressure gauge.
Electric heating by immersion resistors in the double-walled tank, equipped with an energy regulator, safety thermostat.
Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) regulations.
