Reversible cast iron cooking grid (meat/fish), with stainless steel anti-splash rim on 3 sides (3 mm).
AISI 304 stainless steel removable water drawer(s) on the front of the appliance.
Electric heating with stainless steel resistances, placed under the cooking grid.
Switch control, accessible from the front for easy maintenance.
