Stamped and waterproof top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
The enclosure of the oven and double-walled door (stamped) made of stainless steel and equipped with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels, door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Square plates in cast iron, 300×300 mm, with a waterproof stainless steel edge, safety device in case of overheating. Regulation of the heating power with a 7-position switch, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, 3 placed in the vault and 3 under the floor of the oven, ON/OFF switch, regulation of the oven temperature from 125°C to 300°C, by thermostat, grill with independent regulation, equipped with safety thermostat, provided with 1 grid.
