Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
Top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cooking top, watertight « IPX4 ».
Cast iron plates of high thickness (h.40 mm) « flush », with safety device in case of overheating.
Regulation by means of a 7-position switch (each hearth), with pilot light, front access for easy maintenance.
Stainless steel oven, rounded corners, enamelled steel bottom (removable internal structure), with heat insulation, side guides on 3 levels, double-walled door (deep-drawn inside), with heat insulation, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Electric convection oven GN 1/1, heated by 3 circular stainless steel heating elements. Oven temperature regulation from 70°C to 270°C, by thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
