Description

Oven (5,3 kW) GN 2/1 (560x660xh310 mm).

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
Cooking top, watertight IPX4.
Thick (40mm high) cast-iron plates with overheating safety device.
Regulated by a 7-position switch (for each hob), with a pilot light and easy front access for maintenance.
Stainless steel oven, rounded corners, enamelled steel bottom (removable internal structure) with thermal insulation, double-walled door (deep-drawn intérior) with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels, counterbalanced spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Oven heating by stainless steel resistances, placed on the vault and under the floor.
Independent top and bottom regulation (grill function), T° 100°C to 290°C by thermostat, equipped with safety thermostat, supplied with 1 grid.
