Description
Meat capacity 25 to 35 kg, spit height 600 mm.
Construction: entirely in stainless steel.
Flexibility: individually adjustable heating zones to adapt cooking to height. Heating zone slides on 4 ball bearings to adapt to the diameter of the ‘carrot’ (meat thickness).
Use: easy spit positioning thanks to a simple mechanical device.
Reliability: the spit support is completely sealed, protecting the motor from any infiltration of grease or meat juices. Mounted on ball bearings, it does not support the weight of the meat or the user’s jabs, and is therefore protected from any twisting.
Easy maintenance: deep-drawn drip tray with perforated grid and removable drip tray.
Heated by ‘incoloy’ treated stainless steel armoured resistors, with refractory stone for heat accumulation. Regulated by switches.
Supplied with: 1 complete spindle (disc and pin).
Optional: stainless steel protection (BV-K).
