Regulation by thermostatic valve from 130°C to 300°C.

Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « top » (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof « IPX5 ».
Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing. Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame.
