Description

Diameter of the tank 600 mm, depth 540 mm.

2″ drain tap.
Made in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet. 
Deep-drawn and waterproof top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Deep-drawn tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom made of AISI 316 stainless steel (bottom of the tank 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, fitted with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve, rounded inner corners for easy and hygienic maintenance. Water tap for filling the tank, with the control positioned on the front panel.
Deep-drawn lid, hinges with « torsion spring » allowing gradual closing and opening, fitted with an ergonomic side handle made of stainless steel.
Indirect heating: double-walled tank, water filled via a tap on the front of the appliance, with a second tap acting as an overflow to check that filling is complete, warning light and drain tap. Double wall pressure controlled at 0.5 bar by pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve located above the top.
Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame, regulation by valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, mechanical piezo device. Front accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
