Anti-splash rim on 3 sides in stainless steel. Front collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquids.
Gas heating with stainless steel burners with stabilised flame. Burners flame regulation by a gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, piezo-electric ignition, frontal accessibility allowing easy maintenance.
