Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, inclined forward and equipped with a splash-proof edge on 3 welded sides (3 mm) in stainless steel, perfectly waterproof. A drawer for collecting the cooking juice is located on the front panel of the appliance.
Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Flame regulation of the burners, by a gas valve, ignition by pilot light and safety system by thermocouple, piezo electric device, front accessibility allowing very easy maintenance.
