Description

Deep-drawn « Y » bowl with rounded corners.
Tank dimensions 310x610xh290 mm.
Oil quantity at use, min. 20 liters max. 21 liters.
1 chrome-plated steel basket, dimensions 280x455xh130 mm. 

Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
Deep-drawn and watertight top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
Deep-drawn tank in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, fitted with cold zone. Stainless steel lid. Ball valve for draining the tank and oil settling tank, located in the lower cabinet.
Gas heating, by means of heat exchangers external to the tank, cast-iron burners with horizontal flame. Electric thermostat regulation from 90°C to 190°C, pilot light ignition and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front accessibility allowing very easy maintenance.
