Gas heating through AISI 304 stainless steel burners with easily accessible stabilized flame.
Regulation by gas valve.
Deflectors and radiants, in AISI 441 stainless steel, removable for easy maintenance.
Extractable and removable grease drawer(s), in AISI 304 stainless steel, positioned on the front face over the entire depth of the appliance (one per burner).
