Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « Top » (15/10th), levelling cylinders.
Removable peripheral border.
Removable cast iron cooking grid (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), 2 sides, one for meat, the other for fish, vegetables…
Gas heating by AISI 304 stainless steel burners with stabilized flame (2 ramps per 1/2 module). Regulation by a gas valve.
