Description

2 GN 1/1 tanks, dimensions 300x520xh260 mm, capacity 40 litres.
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « Top » (20/10th), adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm), waterproof « IPX5 ».
Tank, with rounded corners, in AISI 316 stainless steel, equipped with an overflow for starches. Water tap for filling, drain valve (ball valve).
Gas heating by horizontal flame burners, placed underneath the tank. Electric Piezzo ignition. Regulation by gas valve.
